Red Bell Pepper Steak

I took this Asian dish and placed a different spin on it. My family loved it and yours will too. If you don't have time to season the steak this is a great recipe for a quick meal.

Ingredients:

Badia complete seasoning
Maggi Caldo con Sabor a Pollo
Sam's choice peppercorn medley grinder
P.F. Chang's Mongolian style BBQ sauce
Great Value minced garlic
Grace hot pepper sauce
Imperial Dragon sesame seed oil
2 trays of NY strip steak thin sliced
1 Onion
2 Red bell peppers (green bell pepper is fine too)

 Preparation:

1. Cut the onion and red bell peppers in medium or small cubes and set aside in a bowl.
2. Slice the steaks in long 1/4 thick place the steaks in a medium-size bowl.
3. Season the steaks with the hot pepper sauce (add or omit to your liking), Mongolian sauce (sweet and sour, teriyaki sauce or any other sauce), pepper, Maggi ( this is salt so add sparingly 1 teaspoon is fine), and complete seasoning.
4. Mix the ingredients well.
5. Heat a skillet at medium heat. Add 2 teaspoon of sesame seed oil and 1 teaspoon of garlic (you can add more if you like the garlic taste).
6. In batches add the steaks cook for 4 min on each side. At the same time, add the sliced red bell peppers and onions to the skillet to get the vegetables to cook in the steak marinade for flavor.
I had three batches and the steaks were cooked to medium well.

Hint:

You can modify how much steaks you buy, onions, red bell pepper, and seasoning depending on your family size or your palate preference.

I like red bell peppers because they are sweeter than green bell pepper but you can use green, yellow, or orange if you like.
Marinade

If you want sauce/gravy to your meal, then add some water to the bowl with the leftover marinade and add it to the onions and red bell pepper still simmering in the skillet. The result will be a juicy tasteful meal.
