Sweet, Tangy, Spicy Baked Chicken Wing

Ingredients:
Zatarain's parsley flakes
Maggi caldo de pollo
Badia complete seasoning
McCormick black pepper grinder
Kirby Spanish Barbecue Sauce Mojo Criollo
French's Cattlemen's Carolina tangy gold BBQ sauce
Great Value medium wing sauce
Great Value hot wing sauce
1 large baking dish
1 sliced onion
1 sliced bell pepper (either yellow, green, or red) I usually use red but I didn't have any available so I used yellow
1 large tray of chicken wings (I always buy my meat thawed to avoid the thawing wait)
1 lime juice bottle or 2 limes
2-3 cups of water

Recipe:
Turn the oven on to 350 degrees.
Clean the chicken with the lime juice and let sit for 20 minutes in the fridge.
Coat the bottom of the large baking dish with a layer of all the ingredients except for the sliced onions and pepper we'll add this once the chicken is half cooked, and the water.
After 20 minutes rinse the chicken with water to remove all the lime juice. You can cut the chicken into the drumetts and the flats but I decided to skip this step. Arrange the chicken evenly on the baking dish (try not to over lap them so that they can all brown equally). Coat the top of the chicken with the same ingredients used to cover the bottom of the baking dish. Cover the entire chicken with the ingredients this adds flavor to the top and bottom of the chicken and prevents the chicken to stick to the pan. Notice that I did not add any oil or cooking spray because we are baking not frying plus the chicken has natural oils that drains out while cooking. Add enough water to the baking dish to cover the chicken but not drown the chicken. This will allow the chicken to broil and bake in the oven. Place the chicken in the oven for an hour. At the 30 minute mark add the sliced onions and peppers and let the chicken cook for the remainder of the 30 minute (total cooking time an hour not an extra 30 min).

Notes:
If you like your food extra spicy you can add more hot sauce, jalapenos peppers or any other spicy treats to your dish. You can also adjust the different sauce ratio to the dish to make it more spicy, more tangy, or more sweet. You can also include to your ingredients hickory smoke barbecue sauce to add a smokey flavor. I cooked this with red beans and rice as my side dish and another time with sweet potato chunks for a healthier trade off.
